1. Send a vacancy notice via email to vacancies@ngomanager.org. Such notices should include contact information and application deadlines. Modifications of a previously posted vacancy should also be sent by email to this address. This service is free of charge.
2. Vacancies are posted according to the NGO Manager’s mission, which is to support NGOs in developing sustainable management capacity. Vacancies are accepted according to the following conditions:
- Vacancies and volunteer opportunities have to be related to management tasks.
- Vacancies can be posted by NGOs as well as by all other stakeholders involved in the development of civil society if the vacancy or volunteer opportunity is related to management tasks. Other stakeholders include donors, foundations, governmental institutions, bilateral and multilateral institutions, consulting and other business firms.
- Organizations wishing to post a vacancy or volunteer opportunity should be subscribers to the NGO Manager newsletter. Subscription is free of charge. You may subscribe to the NGO Manager newsletter here.
- NGO Manager reserves the right to refuse publication of vacancies and other opportunities that do not meet the above criteria, or are deemed to discriminate on the basis of race, colour, sex, language, societal origin, religion, political opinion or other status.
3. Vacancies that are accepted for publication will will be mailed to all NGO Manager’s Jobs mailing list subscribers. At the same time, vacancies will be posted on the NGO Manager Jobs Listings within two working days of submission.
4. Upon publication, a confirmation email is sent to notify the submitting organization.
NGO Manager is not responsible for the potential cross-posting of vacancy announcements on other websites.
