Working Towards a Better Tomorrow
Our story started in 2001, when a group of humanitarian professionals in Geneva came together with a vision to strengthen non-profits worldwide. We provide results-based course programme and consultancy for managers and leaders of non-profit organisations to help them achieving their potential. We also support foundations, government agencies, private enterprises and academia in their projects with non-profit organisations. Since then, we have delivered public and in-house courses and consultancies in English, French, Arabic and Spanish across 100+ countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, including at university level.

To get there, systemic change is needed. We focus on localisation efforts to close the gap in skills development between North and South.
