NGO Management School focuses on strategy development and organisational efficiency. We assist your organisation in management capacity building and leadership development to achieve the organisation’s objectives and to think about the future.
Our Topics
In-house courses are available as online courses. Maximum of 16 persons for best learning experience.
Courses
We use customised learning materials to facilitate a smooth and fast-track approach to learning and to achieve the course objectives. Trainers and participants share experiences, good practices and lessons learned. All courses include individual needs assessment, group and individual work based on case studies, which lead to individual action plans at end of course, followed by personalised post-course coaching.
For groups of more than three persons, please contact us for advantageous group rates. Courses from our in-house catalogue can be made available as live online courses for your team, please inquire.
Trainers
NMA is a trainer-led organisation. We are qualified professionals with extensive training and working experience in conducting courses and consultancy for non-profit organisations in the South and in the North. We have worked ourselves in management and leadership positions in non-profit organisations, thus know non-profit organisations from the inside.
Certificates
Two types of certificates are available for each course:
Certificate of Attendance: After completing the course programme
Certificate of Achievement: After successfully passing the exam at the end of the course programme.
