Terms & Conditions

Bookings and payment of course fee
The course fee has to be paid in full before the course start. To be eligible for the discounted rate, you must pay the fee before the deadline given for that rate. If you select or pay a fee that you are not eligible for, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will then ask you to re-book the course with the correct fee.

If there is no payment after a reminder, NMA reserves the right to cancel the registration.

Payments can be made by credit card through secure Paypal link, or by bank or money transfer to the following account:

Course participation can only be confirmed upon reception of the course fee. The maximum number of participants for each course is 16 persons. 

 

Cancellation

A request for cancelation must be sent to courses@ngomanager.org by email. If you are unable to attend a course, the refund depends on the notice period given in writing:
 

  • More than 4 weeks before the course: 100%, minus bank transfer fees

  • Between 2-4 weeks before the course:  50%, minus bank transfer fees 

  • Less than 2 weeks, or no-show at the course: No refund. 

 

Transfer of course attendance

If you cannot attend a course, you can transfer your registration for the same course to another person, at no cost. You must inform us in writing of such a change at the latest 3 days prior to the course start. Without such written notification, the full course fee is due.

Certificates

Course certificates are awarded upon completion of all course modules and exercises. A Certificate of Achievement is provided upon successful passing of the exam at the end of the course.  

If we have to make changes 

In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to make changes to the dates or trainers of a course. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, we will give you at least one week’s notice, with the option to attend the course at a later date or obtain a refund (minus bank transfer fees).

Privacy policy

We are committed to ensure that your privacy is protected. We will use the personal information you provide to us only for the payment process and with the trainer(s) of the course. It will only be shared with partner organisations involved in organising the course, if this should be the case, but not be passed to third parties.

 

We will provide you with information about upcoming courses and services only if you agreed to receive such information during the registration process. You may stop receiving such information at any time by contacting us.
You can be assured that personal information which you provide will only be used in accordance with NMA’s privacy policy.
